Fill the middle and top with a lemon custard…home made or store bought. Trader Joe’s has a good one. Drizzle the cake lightly with some smashed raspberry juice. Then decorate. I bought some chocolate mushrooms at World Market, but that’s not necessary just cute! Then place berries and fresh mint and flowers all over it. The lemon custard can be used as a glue to make things stick to the cake. It is a cake to impress.
